It’s very straightforward to use, and it also works on desktop PCs, except for Mac systems. IN my outlook settings for each account I have my junkman folder set to the ‘server’ as I do for all folders- so that they are synced on any computer. Nowhere in the SpamSieve manual does it say to change the mail checking schedule in Outlook.

I noticed this was a problem when I checked my email on my iPhone, where I don’t have spam sieve obviously and I saw an email come through to my gmail account that was from a good source. In the manual it said to change time to 1 to 5 minuets so I did, then I did not receive mail until I hit the send receive button in Outlook. Which means I can’t see what is being spammed and thus train Spamsieve. I’ve tried training as good but this makes no difference. Spamsieve is not sending the spam mail it detects coming into my gmail account to he junkman folder,r it is just disappearing. Since migrating to a new type of hosting account with the same supplier, when I send email addressed to myself from my webmail page, Entourage running Spamsieve picks it up as Spam and moves it to the Spam folder. But when the Mail->Junkpref is set like shown the button Delete Junkbox is greyed. But nowhere can i find anywhere to re-instate this option, i am.
